Those peanut butter cookies look delicious! I will have to try them for sure. Love that "Dave" has a blog hope he keeps it up! You asked for the 90 second "bread" recipe..so simple and yes it's good! This is what the recipe call for : 3Tablespoons Almond Flour..1 egg..1/2 tsp baking powder..1 1/2 Tablespoon melted butter..mix all ingredients together then using a 4 inch or so bowl or container microwave for 90 seconds. Take out..slice in half to make 2 halves. You want to toast or cook in fry pan after..yummy. I use egg beaters (as i don't want cholesterol from egg) and less than a tablespoon of butter (but that's just me) and it turns out delicious. You can add garlic or some spices if you want to use it as garlic bread or whatever. I know people will dip it and make french toast..Pinterest has all kinds of ideas..Enjoy!
