Park Place RV Park
On Sunday, Nov. 30th we both woke up from a good night's sleep. Bill sooner than I but still it is good when you only wake up once through the night. I had my tea and oatmeal around 7:30 and although I could feel a bit of discomfort, Sir Sciatica did not make a full on appearance. Yay!
We went about our day, expecting it to be fairly busy when I saw Fred out reading electric/hydro meters. It wasn't bad at all. I looked at the puzzle and didn't get into my quilling as Sue needed help with printing and stapling the bills together. A good time passer.

For lunch, I decided on a change and just had a couple pieces of my seeded bread toasted with homemade strawberry jam. Not mine but better! Bill was keeping busy outside. We heard from my sister, Gayle, that they were possibly arriving in the Q this afternoon, or at the latest, tomorrow.

| They are the same colour as the desert so you may not see the quail. I enjoyed them though with their disctinctive chatter. |
It is nice to see family down here, wish more were able to make a trip and visit but that's a lot to expect. However, Sue has been getting the park model ready for guests. Guests meaning friends or family of the residents only for short term. I think it is a great idea and there is already a booking over Christmas.

The Arco station down the road from us
was crazy busy all day, causing traffic
jams. Their price is the cheapest in town
but not 'that' cheap!
I returned home at 4 and while Bill had a snooze, I took Gibbs for his walk. His choice, I just followed, basically. I was happy to hear, then see the Gamble Quail running across the desert across the road from the park. It's hard to capture them, they are fast and frightened of us.

| I kept an eye on this before supper |

I knew it would just get better and better
For supper, Bill grilled his cheeseburgers. They were awesome again. We prepared to watch The Road after we ate and cleaned up the few dishes. It has been another good day, quiet enough and not boring.
We reached a pleasant high of 73F/21C but some clouds moved in after lunch. Maybe a pretty sunset? Our temperatures will be dropping off a bit this coming week. I think we'll survive!
