A Quiet Sunday and First Happy Hour!

On Sunday, Nov. 2nd we all slept in again. No change of time here in Arizona, meaning we are only 2 hours earlier than home time now. I was awake at 6 and Gibbs and Bill woke up at 6:30. That's a switch!

Good morning!

I tooked the last load of laundry over to the clubhouse. This would finish up that chore for the week. Bill went to Jim's and picked up the speaker boxes and took them to the field.

While he was there, I finished laundry and after he returned, I went to work on the puzzle.

While I worked on the puzzle,
Angie worked on her Diamond Art.
This is what I hope Pat gets interested in.

We had lunch together and he still had more organizing to do with his airplanes. I got lost in paper quilling for an hour or so and it felt great. At 2:30, we'd packed a cooler with drinks and we drove out to Roadrunner blm, outside of the town.

Tom and Deb arrived on Friday and have a nice little spot out in the desert.

It was great to see them, as always, and we had a wonderful 2 1/2 hour visit before Bill and I returned home to Gibbs. The little guy was happy to see us and greeted us with 'Goat' in his mouth. 💕

This is a 14 day campground
but currently, the camp host is not on duty.

For supper, we had air fried shrimp and deep fried fries. Sounds greasy but it was not. It was delicious and besides, we love the fat content! 😀 After clean up we watched a movie together. It was Christmas themed but different than most so I watched too.

It was a great day, still in the low 90's/30's. Our laundry is done and tomorrow we'll meet the managers for our first 'meeting'.
