Another Short One

On Tuesday, Feb. 3rd we were up by 7 (or a few minutes past). I hopped into the shower as soon as I got up and had the bed made. Bill was eating his cereal and I opted to join him with a cut up banana with cream.

I was able to finish my tea before 9 and after Bill and Gibbs headed over to do the park run, I walked over to the office. I wasn't outside much so pictures are very very few. This morning was busy enough with guests paying their electric/hydro bill, so before I knew it, it was lunchtime.

I had my cabbage stew, yummy. Bill declined, as I knew he would. 🤭 The first couple of hours of the afternoon were spent at our Pokeno table with 9 players. That's awesome! I was back and forth to the office to answer phones and to check one couple in but my luck at the table was not good.

Still a clear sky.

My good luck charm, Bill, was nowhere in sight.  😂 Now that pennies are a thing of the past here in the U.S. too, we keep buying from each other as the need arises. Today, I was not yet in that position but next Tuesday could be a different story. There was some puzzling and Bill helped a bit, but I forgot a picture.

If you know Bill, he can't sit still if
there is work to do.
When a guest checks out of a site,
he is there, weeding and raking for the
next guests. I'd hire him!

He also checks a site before someone comes
in, as not all hosts do the same thing. 🤭

I took Gibbs for his walk before supper and Bill grilled sausages. He had his on a bun and I warmed up the keto 'spaghetti'. It fit the bill and I was full when finished. It has been a hot day, reaching the forecasted 80F/24C with mostly clear skies.

This was supper.
Simple and yummy.

This has been a great day, our last one to help out for a while. I hope you've enjoyed yours.
