Park Place RV Park
On Wednesday, Jan. 7th, I slept peacefully until 6 o'clock. I don't recall waking once through the night. Funny, because Bill said the same thing about his sleep. That's unusual, more so for him. I imagine Gibbs would say he woke a few times. 🐕

| Good morning! A cloud blanket today. |
I was up early enough, 7 ish, that I should have pushed myself to walk. But, I didn't. Instead I washed and dressed, then made my cup of tea and relaxed. It was a cloudy, cool morning, 47F/8C, so Bill had the furnace on for a few cycles to warm the floor.
This morning was Coffee and Conversations (& snacks!) so I walked over to the office at 8:30. There were a couple of things I wanted to take care of first thing, things I missed yesterday when the new reservations came in.

Since I didn't go back over
after supper, I'll finish this in
the morning.
I joined the group, there were 12 of us and we all gathered around the centre table and munched on Sue's homemade cranberry muffins. They were delicious but I forced myself to have only 1. 😋 After 10, or so, I worked on the puzzle.

I picked more grapefruit on our
walk and saw these mourning doves
lining the fence.
It wasn't finished on Day 2 but if I don't go back after supper, it will be done in the morning. At the end of the day, the sun was starting to make an appearance and pushed the clouds off to the east.

| Out the window again |
I took Gibbs for a walk while Bill drove around the park for the last time today.
For supper, I mixed up a batch of pancakes and bacon on the side. I had Rosy, the air fryer, fry up some bacon. Nice and crispy and with the pancakes, butter and maple syrup, it was a yummy supper.

With a little bit of bacon,
Gibbs gobbled his supper up too.
We cleaned up the dishes and watched The Magic of Belle Isle with Morgan Freeman. What a wonderful movie, I've seen it a couple of times now. This was a good day. We reached 65F/15C, a long sleeve and long pants day. Arizona winter.

Supper was delicious.
Good night!
Thank you for stopping by.

Loving your Charles Wysocki puzzle as he is my favorite artist. He lived here locally and had an art gallery, selling his lithographs and originals. I have a wonderful collection of his lithographs framed and change them out with the seasons. His attention to detail was incredible. Take care.
ReplyDeleteThat is a lovely puzzle and you are or have made great strides on getting it done.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Your supper looks delicious! I haven't had pancakes for awhile and I do enjoy them, especially with bacon or breakfast sausage.
ReplyDeleteGreat work on the puzzle!
Supper was good. Pancakes are always so filling but I have it down to a science about how many to cook so we don't make pigs of ourselves! The bacon was delicious too!
DeleteGreat puzzle! I'm going to miss sitting at the table with you. Hoping my kid gets back to normal quickly and we can get back on the road.
ReplyDeleteIt was a good puzzle, I enjoyed it. 😢 I'll miss having you at the table with me. I've been holding off on your quilt puzzle......I sure hope little Cooper gets better soon and we can see you again.
