Park Place RV Park
Friday, Mar. 3rd arrived and I woke up at 6:30 hearing Gibbs and Bill getting up. Thinking I would stay out of the morning ritual to see if that helps, I didn’t roll over at all. Next thing I knew, Gibbs jumped up on the bed and we went back to sleep until 7:15. Bill remained downstairs. Later he told me he put the leash on Gibbs upstairs on the bed and carried him down and outside. 😊

A Cosmic kiss
He finished
getting ready and left for the field. Gibbs and I remained home while I had my
tea and played my online Word games. Then, we went for our walk. No problem getting
him on leash, out the door and back in after we came home. Then I grabbed my
earbuds and headed across the desert to the flying field myself. It was a
gorgeous morning, already 45F/7C and I wasn’t far when I realized I was
overdressed.

Today, I was in the mood for music and Bob Segar filled the bill. Bill was surprised to see me and I hung around long enough to watch him on his 3rd flight. I headed back the way I came, bebopping to the tunes right into the park.

I was
feeling giddy with the weather today and it only reached 64F/18C. Instead of
going home, I went in to work on the puzzle until noon hour. I worked on it
alone and then went home for lunch.
The walk back home |
I saw a couple of quail ♥ and then followed my own footprints home |
I had a bowl of my asparagus soup with some cheddar. Wow, it turned out nice. Almost 100% but for the bits of stringy vegetable. There weren’t a lot but enough to know what changes to make for my next batch.
It tasted great with a dollop of
sour cream
I went back to the puzzle until 2 and then Bill and I packed the chairs and a cooler in Black Beauty. Time for Happy Hour at Dave and Cheryl’s at La Posa South. The gang was getting together one ‘last’ time.

is looking quite different these daysarriving at their site around 2:30
Both Deb’s, Riley and Tom showed up later and conversation and laughter ensued. It was 5:45 when Bill and I packed up for home.
It was great to see everyone again
thank you dear for taking the picture

So long, farewell until we meet again |
I made a salad and reheated the last of our
meatloaf. I’m glad we were able to get 3 meals out of it this time. 😊 Bill loaded the dishwasher and while I worked on my blog, we
watched an old movie together. This has been a great day and they are warming
up from here on in. Yay! ♥
Supper was quick and tasty good night! |
Thank you
