We Are Not Alone Anymore
La Posa South, Quartzsite, Az On Monday, Jan. 10th, Gibbs and I went for our morning walk in a different direction again. I headed towards the west where there is a grouping of two Saguaros. They are very old, one in particular, indicated by the height and the number of arms it has. They are in the middle of an intersection, kind of like you might find in a big city where a monument stands. You have to drive around them in either direction. Nancy, texted about her arrival at the gate, Bill was going up to meet her. We had our bacon and eggs a bit early since we expected her before noon hour and wanted to be accessible. Finding where we are parked is a challenge for ‘newbies’ and there are no easy markers to give her. The text came at 11:15 so Bill went up to the front and guided her back to our site.
